Drone Survey and Mapping Sevices

ACER’s FAA licensed drone operators can launch drones outfitted with high-resolution cameras to document a variety of scenarios.  When sites are inaccessible or unsafe to enter, drone surveys offer an economical and safe alternative to assessing large swaths of land.  Drone surveys can also inspect roofs for damage when accessibility is a concern, keeping our technicians feet on the ground while still performing a detailed survey.  When used in conjunction with our utility locating services, ACER’s drone services can provide an aerial photograph depicting the utilities identified at the site to our Clients in real time, eliminating the need for preparing a sketch in the field- saving our Clients both time and money.

In addition to imaging survey areas and assessing rooftops, ACER, located in West Berlin, New Jersey, can also conduct migratory bird surveys using a drone.  Drones allow ACER to identify active and inactive nests from a distance which will not disturb the migratory birds.
