CRDA Licensed Site Remediation Professional Services

ACER provides Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services to the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), delivering Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Preliminary Assessments, geophysical surveys, site and remedial investigations, remedial action design and oversight, and full NJDEP regulatory reporting. Our on‑call LSRP team identifies underground storage tanks and buried hazards, conducts soil and groundwater sampling, prepares pre‑acquisition environmental reports and cost estimates, and manages post‑acquisition cleanups to support safe, compliant redevelopment of CRDA properties.

Since 2009 ACER has served the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP), providing on‑call environmental services including Phase I ESAs, Preliminary Assessments, geophysical surveys, Site and Remedial Investigations, and design and oversight of Remedial Actions. ACER’s multidisciplinary team has evaluated diverse properties—dry cleaners, coal gas plants, gas stations, rail yards, schools, fire stations, hotels, and residences—performing GPR, metal‑detector, and electromagnetic surveys to locate USTs, buried drums, and utilities, followed by soil and groundwater sampling to define contamination. We deliver pre‑acquisition environmental reports and remediation cost estimates, manage post‑acquisition cleanup with contractor oversight and sampling, and prepare all NJDEP regulatory submittals (Remedial Investigation Reports, Remedial Action Work Plans, UST Closure Reports, Remedial Action Reports, and RAOs) to ensure compliant, cost‑effective site redevelopment.
