AT&T, National Environmental Compliance
ACER provides nationwide environmental compliance support for AT&T, routinely performing environmental site assessments (ESAs) and related investigations for proposed and existing telecommunications sites — from apartment buildings and industrial complexes to water tanks, tower farms, and government facilities. Our services span Phase I ESAs, asbestos and lead paint surveys, soil and groundwater sampling, ground-penetrating radar (GPR) investigations, and mold inspections, all focused on identifying environmental liabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling safe, timely site development and deployment for AT&T projects.
ACER routinely performs environmental site assessments (ESAs) on proposed and existing telecommunication sites for AT&T. These ESAs are performed on a wide range of properties, including apartment buildings, industrial complexes, water tanks, tower farms, and government facilities. ACER’s scope of services include, but are not limited to Phase One ESAs, asbestos and lead paint surveys, soil and groundwater sampling, ground penetrating radar (GPR) investigations, and mold inspections. The ESAs are performed to protect AT&T’s potential liability as a lease, as well as to provide a safe working environment for its employees and subcontractors. When required, ACER also assists in any abatement or remediation required to mitigate issues identified during the ESA.
