Wetland Delineation & Permitting

ACER assists clients with interpreting and fulfilling the requirements of Section 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act and the NJDEP, Land Use Regulation Program, Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, NJAC 7:7A.  This includes wetland delineation, permitting, mitigation design, and construction oversight and monitoring.  ACER has developed strong working relationships with regulatory personnel at the state level and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Our solid reputation with clients and regulators is based on our ability to accurately assess and document field conditions, project impacts, and determine jurisdiction.  Specific wetland services include:
