ACER assists clients with interpreting and fulfilling the requirements of Section 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act and the NJDEP, Land Use Regulation Program, Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, NJAC 7:7A. This includes wetland delineation, wetland permitting, mitigation design, and construction oversight and monitoring.
